Please read through the following policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Inked_By_Jxnn, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Deposit Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposits are forfeited if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, fail to show up, or request significant design changes at the time of your appointment.
To reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per deposit. A new deposit is required for additional rescheduling.
By appointments only to ensure dedicated time and design preparation.

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment — no exceptions.
I do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.

Please arrive to your appointment well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a full meal. This helps your body handle the tattooing process and reduces the risk of lightheadedness.
Do not consume alcohol or blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Inform your artist of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process or healing.
I reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears intoxicated, unwell, or if tattooing over a particular area poses a health risk.
All equipment is single-use and sterile. Our studio adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with Hawaii state health regulations.

Custom designs are created specifically for each client and are not shared, resold, or used for other clients.
Design previews are shared prior to your appointment. Minor adjustments are welcome; significant redesigns may require a new consultation and deposit.
Please come prepared with reference images, placement ideas, and any specific elements you want included. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.
Inked_By_Jxnn retains the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your appointment.

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session. Following them carefully is essential to proper healing and color retention.
Stay out of pools and hot tubs during healing.
Don't soak your tattoo until it is fully healed to help prevent infection.
Avoid direct sunlight while it heals. After it's healed, use sunscreen to protect your tattoo from fading.
Results vary based on skin type, placement, and aftercare. I am not responsible for fading or changes caused by improper aftercare or lifestyle factors.

All tattoo services are final. I do not offer refunds once a tattoo has been completed.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to me directly so I can work toward a resolution.

Any personal information you provide (name, email, tattoo details) is used solely to facilitate your booking and communicate with you about your appointment.
I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
Photos of your tattoo may be used for portfolio or social media purposes unless you opt out in writing before your appointment.
By submitting a booking inquiry, you consent to receiving appointment-related communications from Inked_By_Jxnn.
